Upcoming Publication — 2027

On the occasion of 30 years of Schmuck2, a series of conversations and interviews with Japanese architects is being revisited and expanded through new dialogues.

Featuring Akihisa Hirata, Jo Nagasaka, Yuko Nagayama, Ryuji Nakamura, and Hideyuki Nakayama, among others, the publication explores the relationship between jewellery and architecture, questioning their shared concepts, intersections, and differences.

Through perspectives on body, scale, and proximity, it seeks to open up new ways of thinking about both disciplines and their interaction with people and space.

The publication is scheduled for release in 2027.
